About Evenfield

Built by a father. For three sons. To give them what the school system would not.

The Purpose

Evenfield exists because the American school system fails to teach children the skills that actually matter in the world they are inheriting. Financial literacy, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, coding, creative problem-solving, and the ability to express yourself clearly — none of these are core curriculum in any public school district in the country. They are either electives, afterthoughts, or simply absent.

Ali Morgan looked at what his children were being taught and what they were not. He made a decision: he would build the education system himself. Not a supplement. Not a tutoring app. A complete curriculum delivery platform that covers every subject a child needs, taught through an AI tutor that adapts to each learner individually.

The Problem It Solves

Homeschooling families face a fragmented landscape of resources — a reading app here, a math worksheet there, a YouTube video for science. There is no unified system that delivers a full curriculum across all subjects, manages scheduling, tracks progress by learner, differentiates content by age and ability, and provides AI-powered tutoring in every session.

Evenfield is that system. It covers sixteen subjects across a 180-day academic year. Every day has a scheduled set of lessons organized into six time blocks. Every lesson has a learning objective, lesson content, instructor notes with guided questions, an activity, and an assessment. Every session is delivered through an AI tutor that generates age-differentiated instruction in real time. And every Friday is assessment day — three structured tests covering the week's material.

How It Works

The instructor opens the dashboard and sees the day's schedule: six blocks, each assigned a subject and instructor. They start a session for a specific subject and age group. The students open their tablets and see the lesson appear on their screen, delivered by the AI tutor in a conversational chat interface.

The tutor teaches the concept, asks questions, evaluates answers, provides hints when asked, and adapts the difficulty based on performance. The instructor monitors all three students simultaneously through a live activity panel — seeing each student's last question, response, and comprehension signal. If a student struggles, the instructor pauses the AI and teaches directly. When finished, they resume the AI and the session continues.

At the end of each session, the AI automatically generates a structured assessment — a score, a summary, identified strengths, areas for growth, and a recommendation for the next session. These assessments accumulate across the year and feed into quarterly progress reports.

Built by Ali Morgan

Ali Morgan is a systems architect and the founder of the Jonomor ecosystem — a studio that has shipped production software across multiple domains. Evenfield is the platform he built for the people who matter most to him: his three sons.

All three learners are performing above grade level. They deserve an education that matches their capacity — and that teaches them the skills the world actually requires. Evenfield is that education.
